Wellness Breaks

We all need a little ‘me time’ right now, time to focus on our wellbeing and nurture our body.

Wotton House in the picturesque Surrey Hills is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Our 3-day Wellness Breaks will allow you to get some time out from the day to day and focus on you.

Enjoy a mix of spin, body pump, yoga and bootcamp sessions, as well as our leisure facilities and pool. Take in the local Surrey sights with scenic hikes around Box Hill, or a bike ride. Explore the beautiful surrounding countryside with one of our walking maps, or sit back and relax by the fire in our Morning Room with a great book.

Included in your stay is a 3-course set dinner, breakfast and healthy snacks as well as overnight accomodation in one of our beautifully restored superior bedrooms or twin rooms.

We hope you leave feeling fully recharged and invigorated.

 

The details of the weekend:

Day 1

  • Afternoon arrival and meet and greet with Magda, your host, to run over the agenda for your stay
  • 5pm – Power yoga class
  • 6:30pm – Meet and greet with our Leisure manager and overview of our facilities
  • 7pm – a healthy and delicious 3-course dinner

Day 2

  • 7 – 9am – choose between a healthy continental breakfast in our Heather Suite, or a Full English breakfast available in our 1877 restaurant
  • 7 – 9am – Leisure club is reserved for you to use the  gym and pool
  • 9am – Bootcamp followed by fruit smoothies
  • Free time to enjoy local walks, hikes or bike rides in the Surrey Hills, or explore the surrounding local attractions
  • 3pm – Healthy snacks available in the Heather Suite
  • 4pm – Strength Pump class
  • 5pm – Yoga class
  • 7pm – a healty and delicious 3-course dinner

Day 3

  • 7 – 9am – choose between a healthy continental breakfast in our Heather Suite, or a Full English breakfast available in our 1877 restaurant
  • 7 – 9am – Leisure club is reserved for you to use the  gym and pool
  • 9am – Bootcamp
  • 10am – Yoga class
  • Late check out at midday

Meet Your Host – Magda


Hello, I’m Magda and I will be your host for your Wellness Break at Wotton House.  I have 12 years of experience in the world of health, fitness and wellbeing.  With qualifications in Personal Training, Sports Massage, Body Pump, Body Combat, Spinning, Core Stability, Yoga and conditioning studio classes. 

I look forward to sharing my passion for creating a healthy balanced life with you during your stay.
